Ginger is a special product in Australia, produced only in Queensland. The center of production is Buderim, in Queensland's Sunshine Coast. In addition to the prepared products, ginger can be bought in simple dried fruit and crystallized form.

Experience has taught us that the return trip - from Australia to the US or anywhere against the spin of the Earth - that jetlag is worse.
